STRONGER ATHELTES. BRIGHT TOMORROWS.
MEET YOUR COACH
Arthur Treamell Hill founded AT Hill Athletics to give people a smarter, more structured path to strength. He is a certified Specialist in Strength and Conditioning through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), one of the most recognized credentialing bodies in the fitness industry since 1988.
Arthur builds programming grounded in exercise science, so clients get workouts with real purpose behind them instead of routines with no structure. Every session accounts for the individual: their goals, their body, and their schedule.
CREDENTIALS
SERVICES
(Ages 8 to Adult)
Age-appropriate strength and conditioning for young athletes, built around how kids actually grow and develop. Every session is coached directly by Arthur, so young athletes get the same individualized attention as our adult clients, just adjusted for their age and stage of development.
Youth training at AT Hill Athletics covers ages 8 to 18, all training together in a coached environment built around a shared goal: developing strong, confident, well-rounded athletes. The aim isn’t early specialization or burnout. It’s building a foundation that lasts.
We’re not just training athletes for the next game — we’re building strength, confidence, and character for life.
Every workout is coached, not just supervised. Arthur adjusts each session to the athlete’s current ability, focusing on proper movement first and intensity second. Parents get real visibility into their child’s progress, not just a schedule of sessions.
(Optional add-ons if you plan to offer them: small-group youth sessions, team conditioning packages, seasonal training blocks tied to a sport’s calendar.)
The AT Hill Approach
We start by understanding where you are: current strength, mobility, injury history, and goals.
Your plan is built around your goals and current ability level.
Programs evolve as you progress. Nothing stays static because your body won’t either.
Weekly Training Focus
Youth Athlete Training sessions run twice a week to allow for consistent progress while giving young athletes proper recovery time between sessions.
| Day | Time | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Lower body strength and linear speed |
| Thursday | 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Upper body strength and agility |
This twice-weekly rhythm covers the major movement patterns each week while giving developing bodies time to recover between sessions.
